I’ve taken a break from my cleaning and setting up for a house concert tonight to watch a bit of this storm. The wind is breaking into the chimney behind me and the overcast gray is casting shadows of guitar stands and wood chairs. There’s a few great things I started noticing when I moved here- shadows, the sound wind makes when it hits tall trees, rich fall colors, and of course beer and coffee, and yerba mate. And music. I’ve come across a lot of great music here. Have I mentioned that I’m moving out tomorrow? Well, I’m moving into a community project in downtown Abbotsford. I’m starting a new blog not too long after I’m all moved in, which will explain in fascinating detail all that will occur in said project. It is about time to clean my kitchen and start cooking, open some wine and put on some music. I’ve been sitting on this couch losing track of time. Stories about the new house are soon to come, so stay tuned! Cheers.
